It is with great excitement that we announce Blockthrough’s acquisition of Uponit, our second acquisition of a competitor in just over a year. The acquisition will significantly enhance our product’s revenue-generating capabilities, consolidate our market-leading position and extend our reach into EMEA.

We are thrilled to combine our technologies and cement our product’s status as the top adblock revenue recovery solution on the market.

As with our November 2018 acquisition of PageFair, we expect this deal to accelerate our growth as we enter 2020 — following the PageFair acquisition we grew our annual revenue by 250% year over year and recovered over 60 billion impressions for our publisher clients.
